Sustainable Tourism Development Plan

We advance eco-friendly, community-first travel across Vietnam—protecting nature, celebrating culture, and supporting local livelihoods.

1. Introduction

As the global tourism industry increasingly shifts toward sustainability, Sanna Tour commits to pioneering green, responsible, and community-centered travel. With a strong foundation in central Vietnam, especially in Da Nang, we strive to align with international standards for sustainable tourism while showcasing local culture and rural life.

2. Collaboration with International Partners for Community-Based Tourism

Sanna Tour had the honor of welcoming Dr. Michael Peterek and Ms. Susana, representatives from the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences, during their visit to our head office and rural tourism project sites in Central Vietnam. Their visit was part of a joint effort to exchange knowledge and explore potential collaborative models for community-based sustainable tourism. This opportunity allowed us to share our ongoing initiatives while learning from international academic perspectives on urban-rural integration and global sustainable development. We deeply appreciate the interest and encouragement from our international partners, and we remain open to further dialogues and cooperation to enhance the quality and impact of our tourism programs.

3. Community Participation and Local Empowerment

As part of our sustainability vision, Sanna Tour is gradually implementing community-based tourism models that aim to create shared value for both travelers and local residents. We are working in close collaboration with villagers, ethnic minority communities, and several international organizations that support community development through tourism.

Our current focus includes:

  • Supporting locals to become involved as hosts, tour guides, and cultural ambassadors.
  • Preserving and promoting traditional crafts, culinary practices, and farming knowledge.
  • Using tourism as a tool to raise awareness, protect the environment, and improve local livelihoods.

While we recognize that we are still in the early stages of this journey, we are committed to building long-term partnerships and learning continuously from both local stakeholders and international experts.
