• Guest Verification: If arrival details (including the total number of guests or children’s ages) differ from the original booking confirmation, any applicable rate adjustments must be fully settled prior to boarding.

• A 20% surcharge shall be added to the Contract Price for all bookings during public holidays, including special themed cruises operating on these dates
• These holiday periods feature combined themed entertainment. The applicable dates are:
  • Christmas Eve & Day: 24 December 2026 – 25 December 2026
  • New Year’s Eve & Day: 31 December 2026 – 01 January 2027
  • Valentine’s Day: 14 February 2027
  • Vietnamese New Year (Tet): 4 days total (Eve and Day, as per the annual lunar calendar) - 05 February 2027 - 08 February 2027

Policy Amendments: Additional holiday dates may be announced. The Resort reserves the right to regularly update themed cruises and adjust black-out/peak periods, subject to providing written notice to partners.
